In this series, focusing on the British seaside looking at two different towns, Burntisland and Blackpool. Looking at the differences within the typical seaside aesthetic alongside the grunge and realistic features these towns hold, looking at details that are presented in front of us that maybe are overlooked and ignored. From this project I want to channel the walk through of these towns spotting details, creating unique experiences. Focusing on a collective of shapes, colour, shadows and textures within these images creating an optical confusion inviting people to look again and delve into what’s truly there.
