Culture Scran
Scotland is becoming more culturally diverse, with Edinburgh being the most diverse local authority. However, prejudice and discrimination still exist. Culture Scran is a 3 week food festival, raising awareness of minority cultures within Edinburgh. Each restaurant uses local Scottish produce, creating a fusion between Scottish and foreign food cultures.

Identity created for the 3 cultural pop up restaurants.
