Offbeat is an initiative aimed to reignite the general publics passion for music making, squashing any preconceptions or stigmas that may prevent them from doing so. By highlighting the obscure side of the musical world, as well as inviting people to engage in music making workshops, Offbeat hopes to prove that you need not be competent to enjoy making noise!
