Rooted
Rooted is a project which aims to reconnect those living in urban areas to food culture by teaching and promoting the practice of seasonal eating.
In a time where most of us are disconnected from natural food cycles and what the seasons provide, simple tools can help us get back into the practice of being more mindful of what we consume.
