Let’s Discuss Consent!
‘Let’s Discuss Consent!’ is a movement designed to encourage more education and discussion around consent. There is not enough education on consent and therefore young people are left in the dark and have to learn through unreliable sources and bad sexual experiences. The movement targets first year university students and a pack has been created which is full of interactive, innovative resources.

The pack includes 5 condoms with various designs. These act as a last minute reminder of consent and a conversation starter that shows that asking for consent does not need to be ‘awkward’.

The “Consent Craft Beer” has been created to be sold at student unions and raise awareness around consent in social situations. The cans and bottles highlight the issue of victim blaming and how we should never use alcohol as an excuse for sexual violence.

Alongside the pack for students, an activity book and card game has been created for kids.

The book covers the basics of consent, boundaries and respect.

The “Consent Card Game” is a game created to provoke discussion amongst friends. The game presents the players with different scenarios and they must decide if consent can been seen in these scenarios. If they get the answer wrong they must take one of the penalty cards.
