Virtual Towards Reality
Virtual Towards Reality is a design college that aims at turning gamers into designers by using video games as part of the design process. The world becoming more digital, the appropriate use of virtual space is critical to not stretch too far from reality. What I’ve created is a Virtual Reality tower in the Leith Corn Exchange that transitions from an immersive virtual environment to an oasis of natural elements across four floors which introduces physical objects and human presence throughout the ascension. The tower exterior influences the surrounding learning environments with forms creating interpretive spaces for the students.
