Bringing Asia to your Kitchen: Soy sauce through infographics
Soy sauce is one of the most popular seasoning condiments in many Asian cuisines. Many people want authentic Asian food but don’t know which brands are authentic, where to buy this product or how to use it properly.
This project looks into informing people through interactions and infographics, bringing you an Asian experience.
Part of the tasting experience that invites you to taste the different brands with a coaster of infographics. As well as a tasting guide in both Chinese and English. This invites you to fill in this sheet as you go on the tasting experience.
This tasting station brings a multi-sensory experience to soy sauce. You are invited to look, feel, smell and taste the soy sauces.
Bar graphs of the prices, range, authenticity and availability of soy sauce are displayed at the tasting station.
